Our First Padres Baseball Game

image

Oh, we’re going to a ball game? Yay!

I told Sullivan that we were going to a baseball game. He was really excited to go, well, as excited as a baby can be. We decided to ride the trolley downtown to avoid traffic. The trolley ticket machine ate my $10.

We had great seats behind home plate. Thanks to Dalton, from down the dock,  for the tickets. The Padres beat the Braves two to none.

I’m still working on the water lift muffler. Sunday I did a mock up and ran the engine. It only filled up with 1.375 gallons of water so I know my calculations were conservative and good.

Race Committee

A few weeks ago I got to ride along with Navy Yacht Club San Diego’s race committee. It was exciting racing out to set the starting line and then picking it up and resetting for the finish outside of Fiddlers Cove Marina.
